In 2013, we are diversifying in to a fourth sector- Cold Chain- where we are certain our skills and attention to detail will be appreciated.

In the past two years, we invested, innovated and expanded during a period when many of our competitors cut back. Highlights included:

• introduction of a fleet of highly secure trucks with many measures designed to deter criminals and prevent thefts
• significant development of our network including integration with Germany’s largest air-cargo RFS provider VIP Truck
• successful TAPA TSR certification achieving levels 1,2 and 3 at first attempt and registration of a TSR fleet in excess of 350 vehicles
• launch of Wallenborn in Sharjah
• new branch offices in Barcelona, Dubai, London, Milan and Stockholm
• market leader in air-cargo RFS in Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
• First GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certified trucking company in Luxembourg in 2013

The 4PL concept we launched in 2010 has become a major driver of growth and efficiency for our key airline customers helping them to trim costs and offer a broad range of flexible services to their customers. We saw a pleasing increase in demand for our special services notably direct delivery, offline handling and secure transport.

Our strategy remains clear- to be the best at everything we do- and to provide our customers with a consistently reliable and flexible range of land transport solutions.
