llenborn Transports S.A. was fortunate enough to be selected as one of Luxembourg's National Champions in this year’s European Business Awards, Europe’s largest business competition. The second stage of the awards is for the public to choose their favourite company through voting for the respective companies' newly created video. Our video has been a labour of love and a new, very special member of the Wallenborn team has been created as a result. We are therefore proud today, to officially introduce you to Wally, the star of our Customer Focus video. As we all do, Wally has his own personality - sometimes fun, other times serious, determined, and at times he is just too cool for school. However, the one thing that he is all the time is absolutely adorable!
So, in light of Wally's global debut, and without further ado, we humbly ask for your vote to help us become the ‘National Public Champion’ for Luxembourg.

The short 3 1/2 minute video highlights many of our efforts to continually improve the different ways in which we serve our clients and always seek to achieve the highest level of Customer Service. The public vote sees over 350 National Champions competing against each other in 34 countries across Europe, so the competition is fierce! Public voting went live at 9:00 CET today, Monday, 9th January. Voting will remain open until Wednesday, 1st March, with the winners to be announced on Monday, 6th March. Should we be successful in this round, we will proceed for a second round of public voting in the hopes of being crowned 'European Public Champion'. Whilst these are the European Business Awards, voting is not restricted to Europe. Therefore, we encourage you to share this message with all your friends, family, clients, customers, partners, etc. The more the merrier and every vote counts! Voting is simple, just follow the 3 steps below:

- Log into the email account that you used and you will have received a voting email from the EBA voting system.
- Click the link within the email and your vote will be completed.
