Wallenborn is one of the largest operators of air-cargo road feeder services (RFS) and holds a leading position in key markets such as Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Scandinavia, UK and the Middle East We take pride in our extensive European network, which encompasses over 120 airports across >30 countries.
We utilise a bespoke transport management system (TMS) that is interconnected with various external and internal applications to facilitate smooth order processing, tracking and status reporting. For every transport operation conducted, we provide you with the following services:

In March 2020 when the majority of passenger flights were suspended and increasing volumes of cargo had to be transported by charter flights, we adapted our processes and ramped up capacity to provide highly flexible, reliable and cost effective RFS solutions for outbound and inbound charter flights.

We maintain a state-of-the-art fleet comprising over 1,000 vehicles, all managed through a bespoke transport management system (TMS) that seamlessly integrates with various internal applications to facilitate efficient order processing and tracking. For every transport we execute, we provide our clients with the following services:

We advocate for a pragmatic approach to sustainability and reject the notion of greenwashing. We’ve made substantial progress in minimising our carbon footprint. Through ongoing investments in our fleet, we proudly operate one of the most environmentally friendly truck fleets in Europe. All of our trucks meet the European Union’s strictest Euro 6 emissions standards, This commitment lowers our carbon footprint and cuts costs for our customers, as the cleanest trucks pay the lowest tolls. In 2024, we reduced the speed of our trucks from 91 km per hour to 85 km per hour, a decision informed by a thorough risk-reward analysis to achieve an optimal balance, providing a significant decrease in carbon dioxide emissions and cost savings without adversely affecting transit times.
4th Party Logistics (4PL)
Through our 4PL services, Wallenborn provides comprehensive supply chain solutions.. Additionally, we deliver full handling services at more than 80 airports across Europe.
Distribution Service Centres (DSC)
Wallenborn has three network DSCs with teams to co-ordinate ground transport and handling – Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Liege, Copenhagen, and our main centre in Luxembourg – where dedicated personnel provide a host of customer benefits:
